Chava Shmilovitch is the founder of Soul Therapy, a Torah-based approach to emotional healing.

Hi, I’m Chava.

For 25 years I have studied the many approaches to emotional healing, and reached one clear conclusion: the deepest healing for a Jewish soul is rooted in the inner sources of the Torah.

From the Ramchal, Nefesh HaChaim, the Baal Shem Tov and Likutei Moharan, I developed the Soul Therapy method: a gentle, Torah-rooted way of meeting your emotions, your relationships and your Creator. I live and teach in Ramat Beit Shemesh, and learn with women around the world.

My story

In their words

“I always believed in Hashem, but this past year, through the course, I began to feel His presence as though ‘someone is always walking with me.’ … I have gone from being an exhausted, stressed and worried mother to being a present and supportive one.”

Tali Ziv a student in Chava’s year-long course

“Chava brings women together and creates a truly warm, feminine atmosphere. Inspiring. … I recommend it to every woman!”

Ziva Meir parenting facilitator

“I received tools from her that still serve me today, more than a decade later. … A serious, deep and enjoyable course!”
